I just wanted to inform anyone interested in a 3rd party appraiser in Michigan, not far from Detroit.
I met with Jim today who proved to be very informative. He was very detailed and professional.
He allowed me to sit with him through the whole appraisal and also explained each step of the way. He explained all of his equipment and allowed me to see how it was used. Throughout the meeting he confirmed each aspect of the AGS report and showed me how he arrived at his results.
I thoroughly appreciated the time I was offered.
I would have no reservations recommending him.
