Hej!
Looks like I will be moving to London this August and while trying to figure out the multitude of details that need to be fixed, there is one question mark that I think PS is the best place for. Will probably end up renting with flatmates, but I suppose that I will have my own insurance? How does jewelry insurance work in the UK?Is it best to get it as a rider with your renters insurance? What companies are best? Any ballpark rates?
I don't have a lot of jewelry (sold of several things that I wasn't wearing), the main pieces are a 1,06ct H/SI1 OMC in a halo, 1,12ct I/SI1 OEC solitaire, 0,85tcw F/SI 5 stone and 0,80tcw H/VS OEC studs in handmade bezels. Then I just have the normal small pieces worth less than £200 each.
Oh and if you have any tips regarding moving/living in London I am all ears
. Was hoping to find a room for around £800 pcm in total within an easy commute of Victoria but don't know how feasible that is. Will be in London on the 7th of July, if anyone would like to grab a coffee and maybe show me where the pretties are at in London that would be a lot of fun.
Thank you!
