I had a bad experience at Diamonds on Wabash. I worked with Jo Anna. Poor service, didn''t meet timelines and didn''t deliver what she agreed to do on the original order. I am now dealing with the BBB and Illinois Attorney General. For the money I saved it wasn’t worth the hassle.
