jewlers mutual experiences?

Thanks for all the advice on the appriasal, now that I got that squared away I am trying to insure the ring. My homeowners policy in florida will not allow me to insure it with a rider etc.. Some people have recomanded Jewlers Mutual.com.

Does anyone have any experience with them or any other online jewlery only insurance policies?

I submitted a claim around the 2nd week of February to Jeweler''s Mutual. I had chipped my beautiful Whiteflash ACA diamond that I only had for 9 months. It took about a month to get everything resolved, but that was mostly because I had to ship the stone to Whiteflash, who shipped the stone to JM. Shipping securely takes forever! Everything else went smoothly. They replaced the stone with another Whiteflash ACA diamond, and I just got my ring back this week. I thought JM was very easy to work with. I''m satisfied!

Working on resolving a claim with them now. They have been fantastic so far and approved my claim to my jeweler in 24 hours. Now I am just waiting on my jeweler.
