Jewellery Program For Kids

My sister asked me to recommend jewellery program for kids. Location and time is not a problem because they will travel or they will have it as a summer camp. Please recommend any jewellery program for kids. Thank you in advance.

I have never heard of any jewelry programs for children. When I was in the third grade our class went to a museum that all the children in class called the rock museum. The museum was a huge hit with the girls in the class. This was over 45 years ago and it is still there.

In their website it states “Sharing with others the eternal beauty of gemstones and promoting the study of earth science”. The museum is called the Lizzardo Museum of Lipidary Art.

Maybe they could offer some ideas of jewelry making classes for children. I just went to their website and looked at the gift shop. No wonder this was one of my favorite museum trips as a kid.

Thanks for sharing. There is a gem class for kid at GIA. But I am seeking for more options. I have never heard of this museum. I have to look it up.

There are some bead stores but I have not been to the stores for a long time. Thank you for your idea
