Jewelers stamp Arrezo? "V"

Hi again,

Wondering if anyone knows who this stamp belongs to. The marking is a "v" and the rest is a star with 441 AR. I have no idea what the V is for and also the 441 I don't know who that number belongs to. Any help please and thank you.
