Jewelers in Ottawa area

Does anybody know of any reputable jewelers in the Ottawa area?

I have gone to most of them (Jubilee, Howard, Birks, la Mine D''Or, etc.), but I have not found anyone that can find me anything with specific proportions (table, depth, etc.). Honestly, none of them had any idea of proportions etc., and the prices were inflated.
