Jeweler Reputation in Philly

Does anybody know anything about a mom and pop jeweler in Philly called Testas? I have heard some decent things but they might be biased.

Great people...Not "Gemologists", but highly experienced and a family business. You can trust them..... Anything you have a question about, we are only 1/2 block away, and can work directly with you or them on your behalf. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer family run business.
