Hi

I'm interested in an OEC on their website, would like to ask in your experience, do they offer any further info on individual stone besides what they already put on the site, and whether the price is final. Thanks!

It will depend if it is an OEC they own in their inventory or if it is on cosignment through them. It never hurts to ask though. They do offer a 0% interest layaway plan which I know is popular.

I usually think the listening has most of the information about the diamond, but you could always call/ email them about it. You could also post the exact OEC and ask for opinions here- however I would only do that after I put the diamond on HOLD as sometimes lurkers purchase items that arent on hold after they have seen good reviews on the item on PS.

I purchased my OEC from JbEG. They didn't supply any additional info, but all the info on the stone was included in the cert and on the website, so I didn't feel I needed anything further. I'm sure they would answer any additional questions you might have. I dealt with Grace and she was very helpful and responsive via email. And I agree with SB with regard to price, it never hurts to ask!

I've bought and sold items via them and both Erica and Grace are always amazingly helpful. Email them, ask as many questions as you want they have always humoured me when I ask a lot, and also ask about the price. If its a piece on consignment they will check with the owner for you, if it is a piece they own they will let you know.

Just chiming in to agree jbeg are wonderful! If you need further info on a stone, I'm sure they would go above and beyond to provide it. For my stone, there was a delay in my purchase and a sale ended in the meantime but they honored the sale price for me.

If I'm ever been purchasing something "new" old, I'll turn to Grace. It would be my fourth time . She's treasure and have always gave all information and photos I have asked. And I live in Finland. Shipping here has been very easy and fast.
