I have been looking at channel set french cuts as they look old world to me - but it could end up totally overpowering due to the width


otherwise the super thin pave feels right as it sits well with the band width and the delicate milgrain...

4+mm-I like a thicker/heavier band with this ring-just me though. hth!

Coati, Thanks for the info! Honestly, yours is my dream ring! The stone, the size, the setting...swoon. Can''t wait to see how it looks next to this potential wedding band! Just to make sure--is your setting in the unplated white gold? Does JM only work with unplated? (I know he does platinum too but I always have preferred white gold, weird, I guess).

Yes, it does disappear under the three stone.
