We took a liberty to post this message on Pricescope letting the folks know that James Allen''s offices experienced a "one-two" punch in the last twelve hours. Their database server crashed and was down for about six hours. As if that wasn''t enough, a windstorm knocked out phone and internet service at their Maryland call center. That has still not been fully resolved. They are working to remedy all of the issues before the end of the day.
