My son was needing an emerald cut engagement ring for a 5x7 setting he already had. Local jeweler told me the JA diamond I had chosen would fit fine in the setting. After it arrived it was obvious it was going to be too small. A 5x7 exact was difficult to find and much more expensive, in fact out of his price range. I called JA and spoke with the lovely Christina who spent time looking thru inventory and patiently found me another diamond closer to fit and only $500 more! She saved the day. On top of that, they shipped the second diamond a bit faster than expected! The proposal will go on as planned. Thank you Christina at JA!!!!
