Dear Pricescope Community,

On March 20, the Governor of the State of New York mandated that all non-essential businesses must close. This order has impacted our ability to manufacture and ship jewelry to our customers for an unknown period of time. We will update our website and customers with revised shipping dates as more information becomes available, and ask for your patience and understanding as we manage through this difficult time together.

Our online store remains open and our Customer Service Agents are working from home. Those associates are available 24/7 to answer your questions through text, live chat, email, and on our social channels. Any orders placed on our website beginning on March 20th will not be charged until our manufacturing facilities reopen.

Hi Jim,

To my knowledge shipments and transit aren't affected on the commercial level so packages shipped to clients and within the trade should be ok. I'll look into this more and if you or anyone knows different please correct me but so far I FedEx, UPS, DHS, Brinks, Malca Amit are still operating normally for trade operations. We're getting on the horn with FedEx now to see if we can learn more and will update.

As far as I know all shipping is still operational, but obviously will likely be slower and working in the office with groups of people isn't allowed.
 
Just got off the phone with our 3rd party insurers as well as FedEx. Commercial shipments aren't impacted. Surprisingly we got a shipment *early* from FedEx overseas 2 days ago.
