Jade Ringdant help and suggestions needed

I am looking to make a ringdant with this, the size is 9.2 x 8 mm.
Who will you recommend for something like this?
I am thinking of doing a downward sloping double halo with 2.5/2.6 mm stones on the inside and .8 mm on the outside, in yellow gold.
I am open to suggestions on this.

The earrings I asked him to make with an opening so I can wear it with my gold bead studs or diamond studs
The green stones are Montana sapphires cut by the talented Michelle Mai
The details and the engraving as usual is so precise and enchanting.
