J colored in Yellow Gold! Show me please!

Show me your rings ladies!! From my research and education on PS I believe I want to go with a J in a yellow gold halo for my pending e-ring, but would love to get a look at some!! Please post pics and comment on the stone color, anyone wish they had gone with an I instead? I'm not expecting to get icy white, but I don't want my diamond too too warm either. I have heard well cut J's look nice and white in yellow gold. Show me the bling!

well, here's an M in rose gold. Much lower than you're looking for, but still pretty white as far as I'm concerned. It shows color, but generally looks pretty darn white which suprised me.

me too! But yeah, it doesn't face up very yellow to me. But maybe it does to others.

This may not be what you're looking for as the actual setting of my diamonds is white gold, but I find the contrast between my centre stone (a J, sides are both I) and the buttery quite striking, as they all face up SO white! I'd get a well cut J again in a heartbeat, they are great value IMO, admittedly I'm not too bothered by a bit of colour anyway.
