It''s back! My ring is back!

It's back! My baby is back!

My hands are shaking and I can hardly type. I'm beside myself I'm so happy. The mailman delivered it five minutes ago. Canada Post is only half as stupid as I thought they were, because at least they had the presence of mind to make me sign for it.

But I have to tell you something weird. My package had been opened. The envelope I sent had been torn open, and then stapled back together.

I don't care right now because the ring is definitely mine (I know my ring and my inclusions and my arrows), and the AGS cert is present and accounted for.

But why did they open it? How many people touched it? I don't even want to think about it.

What's important is that it's here!

Inhale. Exhale.

Nope, this puppy is definitely mine. I know it inside out and backwards. And no, it didn't open on its own since there were no staples when I sent it out and it was the INNER envelope that had been ripped open (it was double packaged, and very carefully, I might add).

Weird. I don't really want to dwell on it too long, because I find it spooky.
