OK guys, it''s about that time to make one the biggest decisions in my life to this point. I''ve picked out the ring, placed a deposit on it, and now I just need the stone.

The setting is attached.

As far as the stone goes. I''m looking for something around 1 carat, princess cut. My budget is about $4500-$5000, but I can probably go a little bit higher. I"ve been looking at a couple of stones I found on pricescope, and just wanted opinions on which way to go. Any and all opinions (on the stones or the setting) would be appreciated.

If any one else has any other suggestions I would appreciate it. After I get this nailed down...then I just need to figure out how to pop the question.

Thanks.

#3 for me...

good luck!

They all look really good, so it may just come down to personal preference about the pattern/look. For me, it''s also #3, followed by #4 (#1 & #2 look too messy to me, and #4s pattern causes it to have more dark spots than the others).

#3 . . .

It looks like #3 is pulling away from the others. Thanks for the input so far.

I''m not normally a princess person (I want a RB when the time comes), but I too like 3 the best. It just seems the most pleasing to the eye and visually balanced in the photo, IS, and ASET images. And, added bonus, it''s the biggest....

Thanks for the input Ladyciel. Silly me I hadn''t even paid any attention to #3 being bigger. I guess thats always nice. Considering the score is 4-0 in favor of Choice #3 it looks like that''s the way to go.
