I received my new set Thursday evening and love it! I will try to take pictures this weekend and post them (I take lousy pictures, so it may take me a while to capture good shots!)

I have to admit that I am stunned at how different the new diamond looks although the paper specs were so similar. I loved my original diamond and thought it was white and sparkly...until I saw the replacement stone! Wow, this stone is identical in color, clarity, similar in proportions, and has almost the same HCA score as my original diamond, but this replacement diamond is like a little fireball!! I can''t stop looking at it -- it faces up really white yet has tremendous sparkle. My original stone was AGS certed, ideal cut, etc., but the replacement stone is definitely visually superior! I am very impressed with the quality of BGD''s diamonds and custom work.

Anyway, I''ll post hand shots later this weekend. Just dropped my son off for his freshman year in college, and I am already going back tomorrow to visit and take more things to him!
