Is www.whiteflash.com a reliable online diamond retailer?

Hi,

Has anyone had experience with WhiteFlash? Is it good?

I am from Singapore (Asia). As most of the online diamond retailers are based in US, do you guys think it is advisable that I buy diamonds online? I am concern with the return policy and the shipping and insurance charges.

Appreciate your advises.

I have met Brian and his wife Dana, and Lesley a couple of times and communicated with them and find them both to be delightful people.
Brian takes what he does so very seriously that I am sure he would not wish to have anyone bad outh what he has devoted his life to establish.
