Is www.diamondhelpers.com right?

I found the following for around $14000. I think it''s a good deal, but www.diamondhelpers.com priced the diamond to be worth $12500 - $13000. Is this right? I thought I knew what to look for but I''m 20% off! Please tell me why I''m so far off. Thanks!
