Is this the one? Please help!

I have been looking for a bit, but have gotten more serious about looking in the last few weeks. With that being said, I had a diamond called in from JA. I am a little hesitant with such a big purchase, and would like your thoughts on this. The diamond is 'eye' clean according to JA.
