So I posted these in my other thread but I figured I'd start a new one that is just dedicated to this dress. It's the Maggie Sottero Belinda and I think I may be in love with it... I tried it on in white but would order it in ivory.

My mom and I were perusing the Maggie website one day and picked out this one as a fave. I love this dress. My favorite part is the bottom because its so flowy. I think this one is it!

Wow, that is such a princess dress, like what you dream about when you are little.
I also like your other dress, and agree that they are very different styles. What are you thinking about for the feel of your wedding? This would be such a romantic, traditional but whimsical element, the other is more chic and modern. How wonderful to have found dresses that you love! Enjoy the decisions.

It looks so lovely on you! Please make sure that they can get it on time, Maggies have a pretty long wait unless you get the sample. On theknot, some girls were waiting up to 9 months or more. Just FYI, if you can order it rush, I would.

The dress is pretty on you, but this was your very first gown shopping trip, wasn''t it? I would recommend looking around a little more just to MAKE SURE there is nothing else out there you like better. I''ve seen enough two and three dress brides on various wedding forums who bought their first dress after only one day of shopping and then regretted it later when they found another dress they liked even better. If you have the time, what''s the harm in shopping around a bit more? If you don''t find anything else, great, get this dress. But if you find something you like even better, that''s a win. Good luck with it all!

The top is really beautiful on you, but I''m not a fan of the way the bottom lies, especially in the train. The look is a little too princessy for my tastes. But that''s personal preference. If you love it, that''s what matters!

I think it''s gorgeous. It''s flattering, and it''s princess-y without making you look like a marshmallow.
