THere's no way to tell what we're not seeing in there- but from what we can see, I'd say minimum is I1.
BUT- it's a pleasant I1. Clean in the heart.

There is NO way possible to accurately answer your ( very good) question, without personally inspecting the diamond in question.
Even then, two stones may have imperfections that are ostensibly similar, yet produce remarkably different optics.
So, no simple answers...sorry
People may try to answer this question, but clarity grade is specific to the individual diamond; it is not specific to the inclusion type.
It's really hard to tell what I'm seeing but I'd be concerned about fracture at the girdle. An I1 would be pushing I think, but I totally defer to those with more knowledge than I.
