Is this RB realky poorin light performance?

I think you can do better! Share what your specs are that you’re looking for and your budget, and the folks here can help you find something that will be better performance-wise.

It's not dreadful but it isn't great, it's a steep/ deep leaker and I'd lay money it's going to look more tinted for the colour grade because of the proportions.

I'd keep looking personally.

Although a hearts and arrows viewer can not be used to assess light performance, here you can clearly see lack of defined arrows, and black background showing through the diamond (profound leakage).

I was about to mention it but @gm89uk beat me to it. Seems like your vendor thinks that arrows images are the same as an Idealscope and they clearly aren’t. H&A images tell you how symmetrically the stone has been cut, not how well its light performance will be.

Crown angle is exceptionally steep at 36 degrees.

Yeah, just as i thought. I am passing on that one.

If you stay within these measurements, you'll usually end up with stones with less leakage and better light return:

GIA Excellent Cut and...

table: 54-58

depth: 60-62.3

Crown angle: 34-35 (but possibly up to 35.5 if pav angle is 40.6)

Pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 (but possibly 41.0 if the crown angle is close to 34.0)

Good recommendation! it's a very well performing diamond base on the specs and images.=)2 I rather compromise the size than getting a very poor quality cut.

@fiona00004 Here’s a close match both in what you have in that DD stone and price ... but with AGS000 & ideal cut:

ETA: And if you even THINK you might want/like that diamond, I’d get on the phone w/WF and ask to put it on hold! People do lurk here to see what stones PSers suggest, and snag them from people who are here asking for help.
