I've went through another 100+ IGI reports (on top of the 1,000's I've seen before) and haven't run across any with the LP grading other than this one. (That I remember) Why this one? Am I missing something? Is it a new option?

Certainly is!
Karl worked on it with John Pollard a long time PS'er working at IGI.
It uses a lot of my heretic thinking.
