Admittedly, I am pretty ignorant about diamond cut. I only learned about fisheye pretty recently and very superficially, and have no idea what it looks like in real life.

I come across this picture of someone's ring online and was wondering if this diamond exhibits fisheye.

Thanks!

I will give it a shot.
The crown looks very substantial. The table is not big, and the crown angle appears to be high. Looking at the table reflection and (the lack of) contrast patterns under the table, the pavilion angle appears to be steep with longer LGH. To me, it is a steep and deep stone, and not a fisheye.
I could be terribly wrong and love to be corrected.

That's an unusual side/backlit photo of a diamond, so I don't think it's an example of a fisheye.

I think these are examples of fisheye - in all cases, the table is larger than the depth - in some times quite significantly. (All from Diamond Violet on Etsy). Did I get it right?
