Is this Emerald flashing in all the right places?

Could anyone with experience in emerald cut comment on this video?

I have read Karl's article on step cut and somewhat know about P3 but I can't tell if this emerald is a flasher or not.

Particularly the bottom half doesn't seem to flash as much but I'm not certain if it's just need in person inspection since the diamond is placed lying down instead of standing up. (if that makes sense)

The cut looks great to me- although maybe not 100% symmetrical on the long axis? I think the effect you are discussing is due to the positioning in the video. Please update us I love a good step cut!!!
