Is this diamond too big for it''s weight?

Hi All,

I'm thinking of purchasing the following princess cut diamond and although the table and depth percentages look good the dimensions seem big for the carat weight in comparison to other diamonds. Should I be concerned?

Depth 72.2%

P.S. This Forum is an absolute wealth of info for a diamond buyer I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found it. probabaly ended up with some high street rubish from the local jewler.
