Do you have the crown and pavilion angles please? Personally I would pass with fair symmetry and that wide diameter variance....Have you seen the diamond?Date: 3/5/2009 1:09:32 AM

HI:
Do you have to have that exact size? I see some really wonderful Infinity stones that are superbly cut, but are a bit smaller and are lower in color/clarity. The latter wouldn''t bother me at all, b/c of the superb cut specs.

Fair symmetry implies the diamond is not well cut, personally I would not want such a diamond - I would insist on at least good symmetry or above. Symmetry is less critical to beauty and performance than the crown and pavilion angles ( which we don't have). What you could do is order an ASET or Idealscope to check this diamond out yourself if you don't want to look for a better one.Date: 3/6/2009 1:31:20 AM

i wanted to get 2ct stud but might have to settle with 1.55, i thought the fair symmetry might be ok since it is as earring and si2 im ok with...
is symmetry really big issue? greatly affect brilliance?
If it is a recent GIA report, yes.Date: 3/6/2009 12:47:25 PM
