Is this diamond cloudy/hazy/milky?

Hi. I have selected a GIA 1.36 carat, color I, clarity VS2, triple excellent diamond with no fluorescence. Certificate no. is 1505417506. My only worry about this diamond is that its main inclusion is a cloud in the center and the certificate comments note - "additional clouds not shown". Do you think this diamond is cloudy/hazy/milky? Thanks!

Thanks for the input! I am a bit inexperienced so I don't even know where the graining is in the screenshot you provided. Can you point it out?

Also, this article from Beyond4C mentions that surface graining shouldn't affect the "outward beauty of the diamond". Do you think the surface graining on this diamond is significant enough to reject it?
