I have setting which is holding a color stone. I really the setting and I want to get a diamond to replace the color stone.
So I'm looking for a 7.95-8.15 mm round diamond, eye-clean clarity, warm color OK, good or better cut.
Is 8k-10k reasonable?
I know I have to look into warm color rang due to the size and budget. But seems most of the vendors do not carry warm color stone. Any suggestion of where can I find some more candidates within my budget?

If you're willing to go K color, then yes:

http://www.b2cjewels.com/dd-8275195-2.13-carat-Round-diamond-K-color-VS2-clarity.aspx (fluor is very strong blue, make sure there's no haziness)

http://www.jewelsbygrace.com carries older cuts in warm colors, though she doesn't seem to have much in stock at the 2 carat mark currently (but I'm sure she'll be getting more in, just ask).

Yes I'm willing to go K/L/M/N color and I actually like warm color stone.

Thanks for the link. The B2C stone is slightly bigger than my current center stone so I have to check with my jeweler to see whether it will fit.

I have browsed Grace's website and did not find anything fit. But it's good idea to ask her to keep an eye on it for me.

Those two JA stones are not big enough for your setting. I think if you are going low in color, you really would be better off with an OEC because I think they look better in lower colors than modern round brilliants.

Totally agree.

This one should fit perfectly.

If you put it on hold and send your setting to Grace she can take pictures of your stone in the setting, then have the stone set into it if you buy it.

Thanks for the link. This one looks like a good candidate.
I'm not sure whether Grace will work with my setting since it is a bezel with halo. It was made by David Klass so most likely I will send it back to David to get it replaced.

Call Grace and ask her. She will tell you.
