Is this band considered a shared prong?

I''m currently obsessed with this one BevK band. It looks like 2 stacking bands but is actually just one ring. Is this considered a shared prong? The baguettes kind of throw me off. Do you think this style will end up scratching the prongs of my ering?

That''s a shared prong alright. Hard to tell from the pics if the diamonds hang out over the edge (which would scratch the prongs on your e-ring). I would think that if the metals match and the diamonds don''t touch your e-ring, you wouldn''t have a problem.
