Fish eye: No.
Ring of Death: The beginnings of it. The "Ring of death" is a blatant white ring of leakage under the table. This one has pale reds and does go white at the outer edge of the table.

There is worse but there is also certainly much better.

Ring of death
The pavilion is to deep causing the the lower girdle angle to be off causing a lot of leakage.
What is the pavilion angle? I am guessing around 41.5
