It is a 2009 certificate

I see one small minute dot on the GIA picture, nothing else. I will send you the cert, once I have hold on it. I am really sorry about that.

Thanks
Sandy

I think it''s nice!

Hi Stephan,

This time you and me both like the stone and looks like we have a winner

Hi Stephan, Karl & Lorelei,

I have finally made a selection after all your inputs over the past few weeks. No more changes I swear unless you guys find any show stoppers.

Here is the Certificate No: GIA 16942689. Please take a look at this.

I have put that stone on hold. Please let me know your thoughts. I am standing by

Hi Guys,

The stone I was about to buy was sold out. Looks like some was quicker than me

.....Anyways what is your opinion about this one:

1.55 G VS2 Med - slthk 61.4/57 35/40.6 HCA 0.9 50% Star 80% LD

Also it says 8Hearts & 8Arrows as comment on the Gia cert.

Thanks

Sandy

Is that GIA number for this stone? Not getting a match on GIA reportcheck.

Just to check is the weight 1.55cts? I am not getting a result for that report number?

Lorelie,

My sincere appologies for giving you incorrect info. It is actual a 1.60 ct stone & GIA 16942689.

Please let me know what do you think.

Thanks
Sandy

Thanks Stone-cold11 for looking into the report. It has been a really tiring process for the last 2 weeks and I think it is an excellent stone too.

I will also wait till rest of the experts Stephan, Lorelie & Karl evaluate it.

Thanks again for your time.

No worries Sandy, it is so easily done with all these numbers!!

Ok, I took a look at the report, everything looks promising, as stormy says an IS image would be the next step and as it is supposed to be hearts and arrows, then if the seller could provide hearts images and one of arrows, that would be helpful too if having a h&a diamond matters to you.

To all my helping angels mainly Stephan, Karl, Lorelie & Stone-cold11,

I have finally purchased the 1.60 ct stone as the nos. looked good for that size of stone. I will get it sometime mid next week. I will try to upload pictures for you guys. Hopefully it will turn out to be a brilliant stone.

Also, the video was good Stephan. I hope mine turn out to be same

MANY congrats to you Sandy!!! It has been our pleasure to help, you have been a wonderful poster!

You are welcome Sandy!
Now I''m excited!
1.6ct is a very nice size!
I hope you have a good camera!

Good luck with the stone. :)

Thank you guys. I do have a better camera and will try to post a clear picture. By the way buying such an expensive stone it really shouidn''t matter how the camera is, the picture should come out good anyways, right?.....it a Diamond after all....Just joking

Hello guys,

I am back. I just recieved the stone today after a week of waiting. As stephan said it was a jaw dropping moment......my room is a little darker as the curtains were on but still the stone had a brilliance.....I am waiting for it to see under light, like in stores.....for some reason I thought the stone was a bit smaller for the 1.60 ct size, but then I realized it will look bigger once I put it on a setting. I am looking for a cartier 1895 or Ritani micro pave setting, so that that stone looks slightly bigger
emsmile.gif
......once again thank you all for your expert help and I am pretty sure what I got is worth everything. I will try to post the pictures soon.

Thanks all.....

Sandy

Oh, it arrived!
Congratulations, Sandy!
and ... PICTURES!
