The numbers look good - but really just so: using those percentages to model light return is already not as precise as using angles and this set of measurements falls just on the right side of the border. Of course this does not mean the stone is "bad" - everything on the cert looks right. Since you always have the option to return the piece if not satisfactory, this is a good candidate for a try... in my opinion, of course.

Since you selected this one with the stats in place, I would immagine you are looking for the respective cut quality. The stone you picked up seems to be better than the vast majority (by proportions, symmetry...). And it is among the larger pieces brushing 1.4cts. I would like to get a stack of reports and pictures to prove cut quality for this price, rather than the last half a mm of diameter. Something like the stone below would come with:
