Is this a good Zircon to buy?

it's not my favorite in terms of color (looks a bit dark in-hand), but it's a good price and he's a reputable seller. I personally prefer this one (posted a while back, but still available at $155 as of April), but if you like the one you posted I'd say go for it

Not sure if its just the nature of the images, but going by that I would say no.

That said, zircon sometimes just needs to be seen in person. They don't always take great pictures. If the seller has a good return policy, it may be worth seeing in hand.

For me, it has too much gray in it. I would not purchase it. Keep looking

I'd definitely keep an eye on Jeff's page (FB and eBay included). He always has great zircon material at affordable prices. Heck, I'd even email him and see what else he has - I'm sure he has more that's not listed.
