thanks for all who reply!!!
bf has given 2000 limit, so i''m trying to find the largest stone i can, thought the strong blue fluroescence couldn''t hurt with the k color. what do you think?

Radiants really need to be seen with your eyes before you buy. A K could also be yellower than you were expecting, so make sure it has a return policy or you can see it in person first. Fancy shapes show color more than rounds too, so something to consider.

Price seems really really low for a 1 carat. Seems like there is probably a reason for that although I can't put my finger on it. I can't imagine that a stone with similar specs but a J would be almost $1,000 more on average...

ETA: Could we have the GIA report #? The number on top isn't a valid GIA #, so I hope it's a stock number. I was going to try and look it up for you...

Radiants in the K color will show quite a bit of warmth. Radiants show more color than most shapes out there and I would go down to the H/I range, but not lower. On the flip side...you can easily go down to an SI2 since radiants hide inclusions a bit better than other shapes.

If you are still interested in this stone, I would really need an image to evaluate the stone.
