Is this a good stone..Please look

Hi, I'm new here and would love your help. I am in process of looking for a center stone around .94 to 1 Carat for 7k or under. I prefer GIA but this is a AGS Ideal cut and scored 2.8 on Holloway Cut Advisor (Very Good across all categories).

I cannot see this in person first. Idealscope and sarin report available on whiteflash but Im no expert on reading those. Please review specs and let me know your opinion? I have been searching and searching and then more searching both online and in store, but Im finding that my pickyness and engineering look on things is making it difficult. I want something that sparkles like crazy that my soon to be will love.
