I have found an ideal cut VS2 I 3.16 ct HPHT round stone that looks much whiter that an "I" stone. I dont have the GIA cert on it for the percentages but it is a very nice cut. The jewler will take $16,900 for it. Is this in the right price range for a stone of this type? I need a stone for my 25th anniversary so it will be a keeper for many years to come. Thanks, Jim

Hi Bravastar,

Allot of people here can give you
some good solid, and sound advise.

Would it be possible to get some additional
information, like the GIA cert info,
and sarin specs?

Brava, from my information the white HPHT diamonds are selling at about 20% less than non-treated diamonds.

With that in mind, the pricing on that diamond would be right in line.

If you like it, and are familiar enough with the HPHT product to be comfortable with it, I would say the price is not an object.

As Kirk pointed out, we can give you more information if you're able to post the complete statistics on the stone.
