Is this a good place to buy Pink diamond?

After I failed purchasing a pink diamond at JA due to unexpected event, I am now searching for alternative. I have checked Leibish&Co, JamesAllen, DiamondsByLauren and have not find a suitable pink diamond within my budget. My budget is ideally under 4000 for the diamond.

Have anyone purchased from http://www.naturallycolored.com/ or http://www.fancycolordiamond.net/ ?

Are they both reputable diamond vendor? I am from oversea so I am a bit more careful when it comes to choosing vendors.

Can anyone recommend other pink diamond vendors that is reputable?

Fancycolordiamond were affiliated with Leibish, not sure if that is still the case.
For Fancy colors, you can look at Leibish, Diamonds By Lauren, James Allen, Enchanted Diamonds. Are you still looking for a pink pear around 3k?

Yes, Ishay Ben-David (fancycolordiamond.net) was, until about 2 years ago, Leibish's US affiliate; think they are still on good terms with each other. When he was having a pendant made for a wedding anniversary present, my late father-in-law (who was in the trade here in NYC) purchased fancy colors from both Ishay Ben-David and AMGAD (in the same Diamond District building as Ishay Ben-David):
