Is this a good one?

I am trying to find a nice stone. This picture doesn''t seem to be as good as some that I have seen. It also worries me because this stone is a J w/ no flourescence. Should I be concerned?

Well I did not get any response here, so I am having the stone sent to an appraiser so that I can see for myself if this is the one. Here are the rest of the stats:
