Well, it's not an ideal cut... Have you looked at some ideal cuts through this board? Take the price from an ideal cut D VS2 stone and discount it heavily. Then again, I wouldn't recommend buying a stone that's not ideal even if it was a good deal.

It does score a 2.4 on the cut adviser - worth buying if the price is right. So it's definitely not a badly cut stone. The question is, whether there is enough of a discount from ideal for you to buy it.
