I am thinking about ordering a diamond sight unseen, it is AGS 000, G, SI2...2.38 carat round 8.72*8.76*5.18
I was not really wanting an SI2 but this one was assured to me to be eye clean from the top and no inclusions reaching the surface, comment on the AGS cert mentioned twinning wisps and the seller (who seems to have a good reputation) informed me all the inclusions were white and the rock was probably a 7 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being an SI1.
It also returned a 0.4 on the HCA (the highest i''ve seen so far), with T=57, D=59.3, Crown angle 33.8, Pav. angle 40.5, which seems pretty nice coupled with the AGS000
The price is $17,500 and there is a no risk return policy
Anyone have any thoughts about this?
