Is this a good deal for this 3Ex E VVS2 1.01ct round, or am I missing something?

I purchased the following GIA diamond for $7,250 which I though was a good price but now I'm noticing the crown angle is slightly (0.5 deg) outside the super ideal dimensions I am seeing posted occasionally. I can easily return it and try again but most similar spec diamonds are $8k+. :

looks great!

The proportions look great and the crown angle would work with the 40.6 pavilion. However I think in these cases as it is a GIA cert which rounds their measurements it is generally recommended to get an aset or IS to check the performance.
