I'm itching for a blue diamond, this is in my price range...I know that it's "Small" but i'm wondering about a halo setting to make it bigger. Does anyone think this would be a good deal, have a .20 for comparison, or have setting suggestions? pics would be awesome

thanks! :twirl:

Doesn't seem to be much color saturation in this stone - would it look blue in real life or more like a gray color?

I'd pass on this one and keep looking I think. Bear in mind that blue diamonds are very expensive and I'm guessing to get one with good color saturation, you'd be looking at a lot more money.

Hopefully Kenny will see this thread and chime in.

i know there's no way i'd afford a true blue, I think i actually want the gray included for sure. it's the spitting image of my son's eyes...he's got this bluish gray color that's amazing. I'd love to get a bigger bluish gray, or grayish blue (whatever was more cost effective and decent) but I can't seem to find one. Thanks for your input! :)

What a sweet comparison to your son's eyes - love it! If you like the stone, I say go for it!

How about a double halo - both real thin - to accentuate the stone?

thank you! i want something to capture him. he's my world...i have his dad on my left (wedding) and I want him on my right (RHR)...that's what I was thinking a double halo...I wasn't sure if it's take away from the stone and/or how it would look. i think that's the issue i'dl like to find pics or something before i'd invest, you know what i mean?

If you are looking for that color I would also consider looking at some Montana sapphires, different from yogo, some of them have a really nice gray blue hue and you will be able to get a bigger stone for your money.
