Will this be a sparkly stone? The pavillion depth is a tad too deep, will it diminish the performance of this stone? HCA score: 1.5 TIC EX/VG/VG/VG

Please let me know your opinion, thank you!

The crown angle is a bit shallower which will help to balance the pavilion, it could be a very good diamond. Do you have any images such as ASET etc?

It will definitely be a sparkly stone, much better than an average stone!

Here is the IS image. Which one would you choose? Stone #1 or #2 and why?

Performance wise, they will both be lovely, there''s no one "winner" here (they both are). So I would choose what color/size/price was the best value.

Ellen,
based on numbers, they are both probably equal. But on the IS image, don''t you like one better than the other?

Just looking at the IS pics, there is the ever so faint leakage in the second one. However, that will not be noticeable to the human eye. Which is why they both would be lovely.

Is one bigger than the other?

No, same size. #2 is more expensive and is a brand and #1 is just under H/A, called in from virtual listing.

Then unless you have your heart set on a "super duper H&A" stone, I would go with the first one.

LOL, Ellen, you are a pal!

Yes, my gut feeling is to go with #1, but I needed this confirmation from you and the PS board that it could be just as sparkly as branded ones!
