Just looking at the cert, it’s on the cusp of deep so it will face up smaller for the carat weight, and the crown angle is a bit high.
Video shows a lot of tint for an I in my opinion.

I’d say not. Here’s a search I did for 2 ct I stones with EX HCA scores. I’d pick one from this list instead. As @anangel said that one is too deep.
