Ooh, ooh!!

I just found this beauty!

It's a little out of budget, but here are the stats:

1.91 ct H SI1 GIA ideal cut

Table: 57%
Depth: 60.6%
Polish/Symmetry: EX/EX
Crown angle: 34.5
Pavilion angle: 40.8
55%
75%
8.03 x 8.07 x 4.88

The vendor is a drop shipper however. They said they cannot get me an Idealscope image.

They can get me a Sarin though.

What do you think? Thanks in advance!

This one looks promising, the numbers are about as safe as you can get with GIA rounding so I wouldn't anticipate any nasty surprises on Idealscope, just make sure you have a good return policy so you can inspect the diamond to your satisfaction.

As for an IS image, like I said this diamond has numbers which are about as safe as you can get - I would personally take a chance without an image on this diamond, however I disagree with this salesperson concerning consumers and IS images, interpreting these images correctly is possible for anyone to do with a little study.

Another, 1.71 H SI1, image looks good. Ask for IS and if eye-clean.

http://www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/H-SI1-Ideal-Cut-Round-Diamond-1067904.asp

this stone has lots and lots of crystals though..

isnt that bad?

it might affect the performance of the diamond right?
Not necessary. Do not go by the plot or the loupe image. Only the vendor with the stone in hand can say if it is eye-clean or if it has an effect on the light return.
