I don''t know if this particular ring is a legitimate Tiffany''s ring, but I was in Tiffany''s yesterday and I did see a ring very similar. The diamonds on the band were carre cut, I believe, like they appear to be on this ring, but for some reason the center stone looks off to me; I remember it looking more round, or more like Tiffany''s Lucida cut....
Although, now that I''m thinking on it, this center stone looks a bit like the Lucida cut, so maybe it is legit.
it could be. tiffany makes rings that are super expensive, and not part of their usual collections. The other day, I saw a an emerald with a pave halo in the store, that''s definitely not one of their classics.
I spoke with Tiffany Customer service several months ago about a piece that my friend got that she thought was a fake. They told me that they don''t authorize any other person or company to sell their pieces. So unless this person says that it is their personally purchased piece i would be very suspicious.
Well, it''s highly possible. They currently have this 14.01 cushion cut which looks very similar. However its $1.825mil.
Tiffany''s makes a wide variety of settings which are unique all on their own. This usually happens with the larger or more rare diamonds however...
On the other hand, I wouldn''t trust that it was real without Tiffany certification and if you were to get a ring like this, I''d take it into Tiffany to have it authenticated just for extra backup.
