All the marquise, pear, oval, and non uniform stones are going to have some form of bowtie...the question is, is it a noticeable one that detracts from the overall appeal of the stone? In the picture you posted the bowtie looks white, although usually it''s photographed under conditions that make it look more dark, like the one below. I''d want to see it in person before I made any judgements!
I plugged your numbers into the old grading scale and this is what popped up. Remember that there is really no spot-on predictor for fancy cut stones...and I''ve seen gorgeous ones that do not fit the 1A cut parameters.
I don''t know a lot about marquise but I am not liking the picture of this tone. Althought the bowtie doesn''t appear dark, it does take up the majority of space on this diamond. Generally, it is difficult to find a marquise without some sort of bowtie, but you can try for a smaller bowtie that is not as overpowering. I also don''t like the shape; it looks bad skinny and a bit asymetrical.
